We met here Thanksgiving day 2006, only lived an hour and a half apart. Had a date the next week, together ever since. At Christmas 2006, found out our grand-dads had worked together for many years. These men had passed away in the late 80's. So you can say this was a match made in Heaven. We married in June 2007.....Thanks wm

This is an update........Well he is here in California from Texas and WE ARE GETTING MARRIED IN AUGUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for those who are skeptic....if you are REALLY looking for that "Fit" we are proof that it can happen. Its so hard to imagine that just 7 months ago I thought I was destined for the single life forever. I met the love of my life here and now I can't imagine it without him........

Dear WM friends,
I have to say that after a long search from site to site I finally found WM, and after 3 short weeks, THE LOVE OF MY LIFE FOUND ME!!! Over the last 3 months that I have been in WM I have seen many people connect, some for not so long and a few for the long haul. This site is amazing and I highly recommend it for everyone. Though we have found each other and no longer need to browse the site searching for our love, we have made long lasting friendships as well. I love ya all and I can't thank all of you enough for everything.
After a little over 2 months of meeting Lost, he will finally be here from TX for good.....12 days from now he will be walking through my door in California and I plan on never letting him go! He is the greatest man alive and I am soooooo glad that WM brought us together, finally our search is over.
So stay tuned in here, you never know what we might be up to :P

Here is a modern day fairy tale: I had never tried an Internet dating before, but with your theme, I thought I might make some new friends with common interests.The week I joined your site, I met Cowboy Flyer, (Rick), which was early Feb.2005. We spent hours on the phone and on line until we met in April. He said "he knew he found his soul mate", and I thought he was the most intelligent and funny man I had ever met. We would finish each others sentences, laugh until our sides hurt, and say the same things at the same time, within the second time we were together. He asked me to marry him in June 2005 at theairport with a gum wrapper as a ring, lol. We chose his place and sold mine so I moved in full time in September 2005 when he asked me to marry him again with the most beautiful ring that he had made for me. We finally had the wedding, (a Double D Western Ranch wedding) February 2006 at a stunning ranch with mountain views on the Clark's Fork Canyon River. We built a new house and raise show horses and cattle. We look back and laugh at the odds, but with the distance between us, I can't see how else we would have met.

Even though at the time there was a bit of distance between us ~ him in Alabama and me in Ohio. We managed to work through it and come together in just a couple months. He was a first time member and I had been a member from about a year or more ago. It was by chance that we met in the chat room. Yes, it can happen, I found her and she is everything and more than I could have dreamed of.. We married on September 24th. We spend lots of days fishing on White River. Working on the bass boat, riding horses and doing things togeather. Working in a partnership and not against each other. Life is great when you work as a team.

Well it's been a year since "flhorselvr" and "bobhorseman" found each other on WM. We spent many hours on the phone at first ... 5000+ minutes per month. I joined Western Match less than a month ago. I had been on other sites which proved to be a waste of time and effort. Shortly after joining Western Match, Countryboy2506 came into my life. We started corresponding and learning about each other. We started calling each other and when we finally met - it was Magic. This tall cowboy put his arms around me and I was gone. Have you ever had that feeling of total contentment? Well this is how it is with us. We are so at ease with each other, so connected. It is truly amazing. We were ready to give up - but thank goodness we each held out one more time and were able to find each other. We are making plans to get together as often as possible. We do have some miles between us - but hopefully this will just be a temporary situation. To be able to find someone you have things in common with is one thing - but to find someone you want to share your life with and someone who compliments you is another. Sandhills Cowboy and Two Moons caught each others eyes and sent some virtual kisses back in Nov. 04. We met in person (lived 260 miles from each-other in different states) in Feb. of 05. By May we were engaged and we got married in Oct. We are so happy now and are talking about starting a family in the next few months.
