Here is a modern day fairy
tale: I had never
tried an Internet dating
before, but with
your theme, I
thought I might make some new friends with
common interests.The week
I joined your site,
I met Cowboy Flyer, (Rick),
which was early
Feb.2005. We spent hours
on the phone and
on line until we met in
April. He said "he
knew he found his soul
mate", and I
thought he was the most
intelligent and funny
man I had ever met. We
would finish each
others sentences, laugh
until our sides hurt,
and say the same things
at the same time,
within the second time
we were together.
He asked me to marry him
in June 2005 at
theairport with a gum wrapper
as a ring,
lol. We chose his place
and sold mine so
I moved in full time in
September 2005 when
he asked me to marry him
again with the most
beautiful ring that he
had made for me. We
finally had the wedding,
(a Double D Western
Ranch wedding) February
2006 at a stunning
ranch with mountain views
on the Clark's
Fork Canyon River. We built
a new house and
raise show horses and cattle. We look back and laugh
at the odds, but with the distance between
us, I can't see how else we would have met.

Dear Westernmatch.com,
We just wanted to take the time to let you
know that we tied the knot yesterday. We
met on your site back in November of 2006.
Even though at the time there was a bit of
distance between us ~ him in Alabama and
me in Ohio. We managed to work through it
and come together in just a couple months.
He was a first time member and I had been
a member from about a year or more ago. It
was by chance that we met in the chat room.
As time passed from the moment we started
chatting our feelings grew for each other.
It was December 25th, 2006 that he asked
me to marry him and I accepted. Even though
we changed the date several times ~ we officially
tied the knot in a small ceremony in our
home with our closest friends and family
gathered around. We've never been happier
and more in love than the first moment we
met. My wings are no longer broken and he
is no longer lonely.

Yes, it can happen, I found her and she is
everything and more than I could have dreamed
of.. We married on September 24th. We spend lots of days fishing on White River.
Working on the bass boat, riding horses and
doing things togeather. Working in a partnership and not against

almost 2 months and I've already found an
amazing man!!! We have so much in common,
and he has such a great personality, and
not to mention good looks. lol If it weren't
for this site I never would have met him.
Even though he doesn't live close, we are

He's looking for jobs down here and is planning
on moving to Kansas from Nebraska to be with

I joined Western Match less than a month
ago. I had been on other sites which proved
to be a waste of time and effort. Shortly
after joining Western Match, Countryboy2506
came into my life. We started corresponding
and learning about each other. We started
calling each other and when we finally met
- it was Magic. This tall cowboy put his
arms around me and I was gone. Have you ever
had that feeling of total contentment? Well
this is how it is with us. We are so at ease
with each other, so connected. It is truly
amazing. We were ready to give up - but thank
goodness we each held out one more time and
were able to find each other. We are making
plans to get together as often as possible.
We do have some miles between us - but hopefully
this will just be a temporary situation.
To be able to find someone you have things
in common with is one thing - but to find
someone you want to share your life with
and someone who compliments you is another.

When I first joined Western Match I was not
expecting to much except maybe meeting a
lot of new friends...I tried it for 1 month
and enjoyed myself so much I joined for 3
more months and in that short of time I have
found the perfect person for me. There is
not enough time or space to tell you about
all the hours we spent on the phone or the
magic of our first meeting but what I can
tell you is this person has totally rocked
my world....since meeting him I have woke
up every morning with a smile on my face
and he has showed me what love and happiness
is....he tells me and shows me every day

Story of A Lifetime
Well here goes....I don't know much about
WWW.memory, but this has been fun, rewarding,
and the best thing that has ever happened
to me. What a difference technology has made
in my life, WOW. The story begins with a
cowboy not hoping for any real results of
finding a cowgirl of any type, or a real
one anyway.
Once upon a time in a land far, far away,
a land of enchantment (New Mexico), there
lived a notorious traveling outlaw, named
Bell Star. She would travel from state to
state to remain anonymous to the one searching
cowboy that thought he was for her, that
is CowboyR4U, don'tchaknow. One day while
strumming thru the profile pages, she flipped
(actually she just slowly looked over the
presentation of his package) over a Cowboy's
site that caught her eye.
She notice is cocky writing skills and that
his occupation said he was a sunset re-setter
and a moon lighter. Well this brought questions
to her mind, like who was this masked man
with no picture with such an attitude about
him....hummmm. She thought, this SOB is sure
stuck on himself. lol. So she proceeded to
investigate as any inquisitive cowgirl would
do.... She then sent CowboyR4U a laugh liner
in response to his statement...."My
butt looks damn good in these wrangler jeans
(that's what the women say dancing behind
me at the club) , and yours better look good
too." She sent "Hey cowboy, wrangler
butts drive me nuts, are you interested in
this crazy cowgirl"......Well CowboyR4U
was not a paid member, and therefore could
not read messages...So, he pulled out his
weapon of choice, the visa card (keep your
minds on the story now!) and joined with
a 3 month membership for $20.... Cowgirl
Guaranteed....he thought!!! Well, not being
able to read the message, this cowboy sent
her a kiss, and little did he know that on
western match kisses can turn into dreams......WOWwwww.
Then Bell Star with her fast wit and quick
tongue responded to the kiss.....She asked
CowboyR4U ....So, you are a sunset re-setter...so
do you make the stars shine at night also???...and
the coyotes howl...??? And faster than a
turtle..well I guess you would have to be
to dodge those fast moving women.....LOL....have
a Grand day and write you ya get a chance.....BellStar.
As the bantering continued throughout the
night... Bell accidentally, or so it seemed,
let R4U know she was going to be passing
through the Big D in a day or two.... This
sparked his interest and he desperately wanted
to know what day and time. The exchange of
cell phone numbers lead them to leave cyberspace
to real time of "Can Ya hear me Now.??"
Shortly thereafter, Bell arrived to the Big
Open Range, otherwise known as a Texas parking
lot, in the Big D, with her two sidekicks,
Benny the Bear and Buddy the Martian, to
meet up close and personal with the notorious
CowboyR4U smart ass. As R4U rounded the rig,
his eyes sparkled with excitement as he caught
a glimpse of Bell's lawman jeans..and damn
did they fit snug as a bug in a rug. She
did it on purpose...don'tchaknow. After grabbing
some grub at the local diner, R4U softly
asked to hold Bell's hand as they strolled
down the alley way. Butterflys and stars
appeared as R4U said to Bell “ If you were
to stay and go dancing with me this evenin’
we’d probably end up getting married in a
couple of days”. Bell retorted quickly, laughing,
and said “ there ain’t no way in hell I’m
gettin’ married”. And she turned and gave
R4U a nice hug and a pleasing kiss on those
pre-test kissable lips (he thought he had),
she climbed in her rig. All he saw after
that was tail lights and dust as she made
for NC at top speeds. R4U called Bell as
she was about a half hour down the road,
and they began to talk, and such serious
questions as, can you hear me now…..and after
many days and a multitude of hours, a calm
peaceful feeling swept them both off there
feet and knocked them both rite on those
cute little keisters, they had fallen in
love with each (neither wanting to use the
three little words). Reluctant at first,
and then shortly after giving way to such
deep appreciation and moved upon by something
that they felt they had known each other
before, I love you was released from both
there lips, and voices in a warmth of peace,
and like the rushing waters of a river flowed
thru every vein of there bodies (dam are
those fiber optic phone lines good or what
?) And believe or not, I looked in produce
dept. for months trying to find this lady.
Thought I saw her squeezing the tomatoes
one day, oh well, false alarm, just a feeling
I had…..Realizing they would not be able
to see each other for 3 to 6 months because
of jobs in different states, they were taken
back momentarily…..one morning R4U opened
the door to go to work and in amazement found,
(no not Bell standing there), but that his
Ford Truck had been Stolen. Well, Bell upon
hearing the news was pissed, R4U looked at
it as an opportunity to get the hell out
of Dodge( not the truck either), So he packed
up his belongin’s and rented a SUV, and headed
for NC. And 22 hours later he arrived ( no
stops except for gas) and grub on the run,
found himself wrapped in the arms of Bell.
(and by the way can this girl cook)…..Two
days later after recovering from many many
cupid arrows from the western match web site……R4U
and Bell went to the beach….gathered sea
shells, strolled in the breaking of the waves
on the glistening sand of the Atlantic…R4U
singing cowboy songs, and bell cuddling close,
hand in hand with the moment of the day romanticly
dancing by…..that evening at dinner while
watching the sunset together sitting in a
restaurant, overlooking the beach and the
Atlantic ocean, R4U lightly tapped a fork
on the side of a wine glass…..and proceeded
to kneel upon one knee at Bell’s side….with
all in the place in aw and watching for her
response to his question…..As she responded
with a loving yes….they kissed and the fireworks
in there minds brought life and full color
to the evening…..not to mention the bottle
of champagne sent over by a couple from the
next table….
On October 27th of the this year, 2005, Bell
and R4Her were happily married in the state
for lovers, Virginia…..Dreams do come True….Fairytales
are real….and happiness is everafter.

I joined Western Match as an opportunity
to get some penpals more than anything because
I live in Australia and it seemed most of
the guys my age all lived in the USA. I paid
one month's membership and got the opportunity
to chat with some awesome people. One in
particular just set me laughing so much I
had to get to know him some more. I asked
him how the weather was in Oklahoma, and
the rest, as they say, is history. We have
developed a respect and a love that is spanning
half the globe. I'm not gonna let logistics
stand in the way of the man of my dreams
and neither is he. We both live our lives
for God and he will see us through any troubles

opportunity. Without you, my life would still

The first time I saw my match was in September,

I would like to thank Westernmatch for having
this site to come to. I've met a lot of really
nice people in the chatroom and also found
the love of my life. We live almost six hundred
and fifty miles apart so without this site
the chances of me meeting him were very unlikely.
We have spent a lot of time talking on the

got the chance to meet him face to face and

could be. At current we are remaining to

Dearest Friends at WM....
I am here to express my sincerest thanks
to WM. I was very skeptical at joining an
internet dating sight. I never believed I
would find the man of my dreams. I had just
about given up hope when a friend suggested
I at least give it a chance before throwing
in the towel to live happily single forever.
I am tickled to tell everyone the love of
my life has roped me. It was strange for
both of us. Jim was not a member and all
we could do was pass harmless little virtual
kisses back and forth. He decided he needed
more, became a member, we conversed thru
one or 2 emails and then it happened... he
called me. My heart has not stopped fluttering
and he is all I can think about these days.
He is in Wisconsin and I am outside DC. We
talk, text & email daily and spend at
least an hour every evening saying goodnight
only to toss and turn in anxiety of hearing
his voice again the next day. He has spoiled
me in ways I could only believe would happen
in fairy tales. It has only been a couple
weeks but feels like we have known each other
for an eternity. We agreed to be exclusive
and put 100% of our hearts into this relationship.
We are not going into this blind and know
we will have bumps in the road. It is life's
bumps that will only bring us closer together.
I am thrilled to say in 2 short days (8.24.07)
I will be leaving my comfort zone and entering
into a land of the unknown to look into his
eyes for the first time. I openly admit it
is one of the hardest & scariest things

know that we tied the knot yesterday. We
met on your site back in November of 2006.
Even though at the time there was a bit of
distance between us ~ him in Alabama and
me in Ohio. We managed to work through it
and come together in just a couple months.
He was a first time member and I had been
a member from about a year or more ago. It
was by chance that we met in the chat room.
As time passed from the moment we started

It was December 25th, 2006 that he asked

I joined Western Match less than a month
ago. I had been on other sites which proved
to be a waste of time and effort. Shortly
after joining Western Match, Countryboy2506
came into my life. We started corresponding
and learning about each other. We started
calling each other and when we finally met
- it was Magic. This tall cowboy put his
arms around me and I was gone. Have you ever
had that feeling of total contentment? Well
this is how it is with us. We are so at ease
with each other, so connected. It is truly
amazing. We were ready to give up - but thank
goodness we each held out one more time and

We do have some miles between us - but hopefully

When I first joined Western Match I was not
expecting to much except maybe meeting a
lot of new friends...I tried it for 1 month
and enjoyed myself so much I joined for 3
more months and in that short of time I have

not enough time or space to tell you about

Story of A Lifetime
Well here goes....I don't know much about
WWW.memory, but this has been fun, rewarding,
and the best thing that has ever happened
to me. What a difference technology has made
in my life, WOW. The story begins with a
cowboy not hoping for any real results of
finding a cowgirl of any type, or a real
one anyway.
Once upon a time in a land far, far away,
a land of enchantment (New Mexico), there
lived a notorious traveling outlaw, named
Bell Star. She would travel from state to
state to remain anonymous to the one searching
cowboy that thought he was for her, that
is CowboyR4U, don'tchaknow. One day while
strumming thru the profile pages, she flipped
(actually she just slowly looked over the
presentation of his package) over a Cowboy's
site that caught her eye.
She notice is cocky writing skills and that
his occupation said he was a sunset re-setter
and a moon lighter. Well this brought questions
to her mind, like who was this masked man
with no picture with such an attitude about
him....hummmm. She thought, this SOB is sure
stuck on himself. lol. So she proceeded to
investigate as any inquisitive cowgirl would
do.... She then sent CowboyR4U a laugh liner
in response to his statement...."My
butt looks damn good in these wrangler jeans
(that's what the women say dancing behind
me at the club) , and yours better look good
too." She sent "Hey cowboy, wrangler
butts drive me nuts, are you interested in
this crazy cowgirl"......Well CowboyR4U
was not a paid member, and therefore could
not read messages...So, he pulled out his
weapon of choice, the visa card (keep your
minds on the story now!) and joined with
a 3 month membership for $20.... Cowgirl
Guaranteed....he thought!!! Well, not being
able to read the message, this cowboy sent
her a kiss, and little did he know that on
western match kisses can turn into dreams......WOWwwww.
Then Bell Star with her fast wit and quick
tongue responded to the kiss.....She asked

do you make the stars shine at night also???...and
the coyotes howl...??? And faster than a
turtle..well I guess you would have to be
to dodge those fast moving women.....LOL....have

As the bantering continued throughout the
night... Bell accidentally, or so it seemed,
let R4U know she was going to be passing
through the Big D in a day or two.... This
sparked his interest and he desperately wanted
to know what day and time. The exchange of
cell phone numbers lead them to leave cyberspace
to real time of "Can Ya hear me Now.??"
Shortly thereafter, Bell arrived to the Big
Open Range, otherwise known as a Texas parking
lot, in the Big D, with her two sidekicks,
Benny the Bear and Buddy the Martian, to
meet up close and personal with the notorious
CowboyR4U smart ass. As R4U rounded the rig,
his eyes sparkled with excitement as he caught
a glimpse of Bell's lawman jeans..and damn
did they fit snug as a bug in a rug. She
did it on purpose...don'tchaknow. After grabbing
some grub at the local diner, R4U softly
asked to hold Bell's hand as they strolled
down the alley way. Butterflys and stars
appeared as R4U said to Bell “ If you were
to stay and go dancing with me this evenin’
we’d probably end up getting married in a
couple of days”. Bell retorted quickly, laughing,
and said “ there ain’t no way in hell I’m
gettin’ married”. And she turned and gave
R4U a nice hug and a pleasing kiss on those
pre-test kissable lips (he thought he had),
she climbed in her rig. All he saw after
that was tail lights and dust as she made
for NC at top speeds. R4U called Bell as
she was about a half hour down the road,
and they began to talk, and such serious
questions as, can you hear me now…..and after
many days and a multitude of hours, a calm
peaceful feeling swept them both off there
feet and knocked them both rite on those
cute little keisters, they had fallen in
love with each (neither wanting to use the
three little words). Reluctant at first,
and then shortly after giving way to such
deep appreciation and moved upon by something
that they felt they had known each other
before, I love you was released from both
there lips, and voices in a warmth of peace,
and like the rushing waters of a river flowed
thru every vein of there bodies (dam are
those fiber optic phone lines good or what
?) And believe or not, I looked in produce
dept. for months trying to find this lady.
Thought I saw her squeezing the tomatoes
one day, oh well, false alarm, just a feeling
I had…..Realizing they would not be able
to see each other for 3 to 6 months because
of jobs in different states, they were taken
back momentarily…..one morning R4U opened
the door to go to work and in amazement found,
(no not Bell standing there), but that his
Ford Truck had been Stolen. Well, Bell upon
hearing the news was pissed, R4U looked at
it as an opportunity to get the hell out
of Dodge( not the truck either), So he packed
up his belongin’s and rented a SUV, and headed
for NC. And 22 hours later he arrived ( no
stops except for gas) and grub on the run,
found himself wrapped in the arms of Bell.
(and by the way can this girl cook)…..Two
days later after recovering from many many
cupid arrows from the western match web site……R4U
and Bell went to the beach….gathered sea
shells, strolled in the breaking of the waves
on the glistening sand of the Atlantic…R4U
singing cowboy songs, and bell cuddling close,
hand in hand with the moment of the day romanticly
dancing by…..that evening at dinner while
watching the sunset together sitting in a
restaurant, overlooking the beach and the
Atlantic ocean, R4U lightly tapped a fork
on the side of a wine glass…..and proceeded
to kneel upon one knee at Bell’s side….with
all in the place in aw and watching for her
response to his question…..As she responded
with a loving yes….they kissed and the fireworks
in there minds brought life and full color
to the evening…..not to mention the bottle
of champagne sent over by a couple from the
next table….
On October 27th of the this year, 2005, Bell
and R4Her were happily married in the state
for lovers, Virginia…..Dreams do come True….Fairytales
are real….and happiness is everafter.

I have finally found the man I only dared
to dream about! We have been dating now for
almost three months, spending a lot of our
time together. Now, we are talking about
making big future plans...getting married!!

I joined Western Match as an opportunity
to get some penpals more than anything because
I live in Australia and it seemed most of
the guys my age all lived in the USA. I paid
one month's membership and got the opportunity
to chat with some awesome people. One in
particular just set me laughing so much I
had to get to know him some more. I asked
him how the weather was in Oklahoma, and
the rest, as they say, is history. We have
developed a respect and a love that is spanning
half the globe. I'm not gonna let logistics
stand in the way of the man of my dreams
and neither is he. We both live our lives
for God and he will see us through any troubles
we face. Thank you Western Match for this
opportunity. Without you, my life would still
be empty and I wouldn't have met such an
amazing guy.
